Our process is to do everything onsite utilizing your garage & kitchen area. All cabinet doors &
drawers stay on site. Tarps, paper, or plastic to get laid out in garage. Our horses & 2x4s get set up.
All cabinet doors and drawers get laid out in a specific order. The garage is set up to spray. The cap
sprayer is specifically made for cabinets & fine finish projects. Some jobs require to be brushed &
rolled. The answer is my secret chemistry & specific brushes & rollers to replicate a spray finish. Next
all wood surfaces will be cleaned, sanded and dried. Once dried a full coat of primer will be applied to
all wood surfaces. Two coats of finish paint to be applied. Finish paint used to be Emerald Urethane
from Sherwin Williams. In between finish coats caulking will be applied all where needed & all painted
surfaces to be sanded with fine pads.
Please let us know if your cabinets are oak, Formica, or laminated. Extra time is needed to de
laminate cabinets that are laminated. Bonding to formica requires extra sanding along with specific
bonding primer. Oak cabinets will show grain & if its desired to see no grain a high build primer will
need to be added (pictures to be addedAll cabinets and drawers to be emptied prior to start date. With sanding we dont want to get your
belongings dusty. Cabinet doors not to be caulked. Manufactured cabinet doors are not caulked. Only
inner return to be painted unless noted otherwise. All new corner stops to be installed in either white or
brown. White on white brown on all others.
